Easter Sunday Workout

 Getting TRI ready. Did an almost 30 mile bike, and then into a 2 mile brick. First hard push since my hlaf marathon a couple of weeks back. I think i'm getting close.

Almost 30 miles on bike for me, too!  About 2500 ft elevation gain.  I rode with a large group, about 4 of us were out in front riding hard.  It was SO FUN.  Yay!

 6.5 mile run.  Longest distance so far and I now have noodles for legs.  But they are HAPPY noodles!!!
