Rest day for me.
I was reminded this week how important it is to keep mixing it up. I speed walked our hilly neighborhood the other day. OMG, my backside is so sore! As much as I run, I'd think I'm using these butt muscles, but apparently, the speed walking on the hills really hit them.
I'm always excited when I have a "new" muscle pain....I feel like I really did some good!

Was gonna do a 50ish ride this afternoon, but opted instead to do a climbing workout. Up and over and back one of my tougher hills. Slow total average as I had to ride the brakes coming down as cross winds had me all over the place. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/165332272
