Thursday Workouts
got my heiney handed to me by the PT
Warm up 5 min elliptical
5 stations, 30 seconds, 6 rounds
pushups w/ leg lift, surfer squats (pulse 3 squats then jump spin to face the other direction and do 3,jump change, etc), low row (squat and row with resistance band), double squat jump w/ reverse lunges, squats with bicep curl overhead extension. My legs were like noodles.
So THEN we did speed intervals on the treadmill. 1min speed, 30 sec easy, 5 rounds. I have a treadmill phobia and cling to the handle for dear life, but today I jogged with no hands! I felt like a big kid haha.
