yeah, right paul, you came in while i was doing sprint intervals... i can't keep that pace up.

30 min in the pool followed by an hour of strength training.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Practiced my thrusters, push presses and deadlifts this am....this afternoons crossfit is a BEAST...Lots of cardio,

For total working time:

50 Dball slams (20lbs)

I have a session with my trainer: boxing, weights, ropes, squats, TRX stuff. Then the elliptical, then the treadmill for another EI10K session.

I get measurements tonight!

Warm up - 5min elliptical
21,15,9 reps -- lateral BOSU pushups (one hand on floor, one on BOSU; switch each pushup) , dumb bell thrusters (15lb), frog jumps, alternating one arm row (15lb), V crunches on BOSU
Then to the treadmill for 7 speed intervals of 30 sec, from 5.0 - 6.0, 1.0% incline

 Finally broke the 14 min mile that has been hanging over my head.  Kept a 13:14 pace for 3.3 miles.  :-)  Man it was so fun!!!!  I am proud of me!!!
