Monday Workouts!
Still recovering, so my energy isn't fully back...today I'll do some chest/shoulder work and abs. I guess the one "bright spot" of being sick is a total loss of appetite...I am having to force myself to eat. I am scared to death of what will happen when the ole appetite does come back!!
I ran some Saturday, but had to walk about 1/2 of it due to hard time breathing (the heat/humidity didn't help!).....yesterday I put in a raised vegetable garden bed and planted some tomatoes, jalapenos, rosemary, basil and cucumbers..........I am officially an old Southern lady!!

I went swimming at my parent's house today... it was awesome! Felt sooo good.
I did 146m freestyle, 146m back stroke and 146m breast stroke.
I twisted my ankle stepping out of my horse trailer Saturday night, and I was really surprised how much it hurt swimming. I had just planned to do freestyle, but it didn't hurt as much to kick with the other strokes.
Biking this evening, probably just a mile.

Did EI10k in the great outdoors (my neighborhood)...I'm not entirely certain how well that played out. First..I started the app, then backed out of the screen after my first run of five - which reset the day. Then my second shift manager calls about a customer who landed on credit hold. Reset the day. About 3/4 of the way through my loop, he calls again...aaaaand it reset the day.
According to Map My Run I did 3.55 miles in 54:49. I'm not happy with the time.
