nasty spin class this morning, my legs are noodles right now.  followed by around an hour of strength training.

what did you do today?
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 1 hour spin and a quick 1.5 mile run on the tm.  My legs are still shot from the hm last saturday.  30k this sat, not sure if I can handle it, def not as a race, but maybe as a training run.

I had a fantastic workout this morning.  I ran .5 @ 6mph and then I increased the speed .1 mph for ever 1/10 of a mile ending at 8 mph for a total of 2.5 miles.  I still has some left in the tank.

From there I did some dead lifts 135/8; 185/6; 255/4
