was supposed to swim, but forgot my swim suit!  so hit the weights for an hour and then ran for 4 miles on the TM....

Swam 2000M then taught 5:45am Spin Class. I teach another Spin Class tonight at 6:30pm...

 2 hours tennis practice. Wanted to do 28 mile bike ride with club, but the tennis and bike are at same time. My exercise is getting in the way of my exercise, dammit.

Getting ready for a week long camping trip with my horses and dog, so I have been doing errands all day.
Sprinted (my version of a sprint) 5 medium flights of stairs to the doctor's office; jogged 4 flights long stairs to work; unloaded 250lbs of horse feed and 100lbs of cat / dog food etc (carrying about 80ft). I'll be doing at least 4 more flights of stairs before leaving work tonight.

Not "formal" but I was moving!
