Yeah, the 20 min. run freaked me out ahead of time but it was fine when I did it.
Though I don't think I was doing 3.1 in 25 minutes. I think I had to get up to 35 to get my 3.1 in. Once I finished the official program, I just kept adding 5 minutes each wee****il I got up to 3.1 miles.

So the way the app records time and distance is a bit deceiving...
On that last entry, the running time was a total of 25 minutes. However, my distance includes the walking portions as well. So it's true that I "ran" for 25 minutes, but untrue that I "ran" for 3.1 miles. It was:
Warm-up walk - 5 Min
Run - 15 min
Walk - 3 min
Run - 10 min
Cool-down walk - 5 Min
So 25 minutes of running with 13 minutes of total walking.
So I'm still not 'there', but I'm getting there.

The podcast I had for Couch-to-5K only had trashy techo music and I hated it! Once I got to the point where the runs were 20 minutes, I just used my watch!
