did i miss the workout thread?

anyway...  was planning on my first longish ride outside today as the weather was perfect.  got everything ready, headed for the garage and found tire/tube damage a flat back tire.  have to get it taken care of this week.

so i got pissed off, packed my stuff up and went to the gym instead.  i took it out on a 65 minute really hard spin on the stationary bike followed by a 5K brick on the treadmill.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 2 hour endurance spin class tonight. Incorporating sprints and squats off the bike. Legs are trashed, but it was an awesome workout.
