TGIF Workouts!!!
This morning I went out to run in the dark and had to keep telling myself to keep going. I really wanted to give up and go home mostly because it would have been easier. Well after a half hour, I had run about 2.75 wonderfuly easy miles and the sky was just starting to get light.
I got back to the car, took out the exercise mat and got in touch with my hippie side next to a quiet lake as I stretched out my lower body. Luckily no cars went by to disturb the serenity. Now it's off to jail for 8 and I hope not 16 hours!
What did you do today???

Yesterday was a warning sign, I ran 2.5 mile last night and starting feeling dizzy and seeing spots, so I stopped and ended the run short. This morning I feel awful, so I am taking a rest day and hope to get in a good weekend of training. Listening to my body instead of trying to pu**** to do things it can't do at the moment.

Good idea. Usually best to rest!

I was going to go to the Butt-Crack-Of-Dawn spin class this morning, but my right hip has been bugging me. I thought I might have pulled something last night on my little loop-excursion, but it's in one spot and only hurts when I walk. I can trace it back to Wednesday when my PT had me kicking the crap out of a 100lb sand bag. So I beat the snooze alarm and opted to not go.
I thought all these "problems" getting around would go away after losing weight. Sheesh.
