Wednesday Workouts!!!
I had to take the day off of work due to a school rule that does not allow students to return to school within 24 hours of throwing up. They don't seem to care about the fact that my son can throw up on command by eating quickly and drinking water. While I am very annoyed that I had to miss a day of work for nothing, I was very excited that I had a great run this morning that I otherwise would not have had.
I ran 4 miles which I believe is my longest run of the year. It was fairly slow but it felt pretty effortless so it was worth the trade off.
What are you up to today???

Scott,
I so wanted to stay home today. The weather is unbelievable for March.
Today was a long interval day each at 6.9 mph
2x800 meters
1x1 mile
2x800 meters
Total run was about 5 miles.

2.0 miles on the dreadmill; 2.0 miles on the helliptical. Session with the trainer: Shoulder presses...LOTS of shoulder presses; 30lb curls 3x15; 10lbs sides 'n fronts 3x10; 12lb hammer curls 3x15; lat pull-downs 3 sets - I don't remember what weight we started on...but I pulled 100lbs; seated rows 3 sets - 80lbs I think. Bench presses - first with the bar, then with weights but I don't remember how much; push-ups 2x10.
