I am doing a 5k on the treadmill today to get my butt back in gear and start training for my half marathon!

 2 miles on the treadmill, 7 miles on the bike and upper body weights

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

warm up - 10 min TM, increasing speed

21,15,9 reps at the following stations:
thrusters (55lbs) , plank pulls
Treading 45 sec, 15sec recovery 5x
BOSU thrusters with 10lb med ball, burpees
Treading 45 sec, 15 sec recover, 10x (jog in increasing increments, 5 sec, 10 sec, etc)

I'm a slacker today--I have bunco tonight so rest day for me.

Besides....my throat is just raw from this pollen, nose running, ears hurting...generally crummy feeling day....yuck.

It is raining right now, so hopefully the pollen will wash away!

I decided not to go to the gym. Instead I made up my own loop via LiveStrong and did 2 sets of C25K...well, I made it to 2 shy of finishing the 2nd. 3.57 miles in an hour outside in my home town (live seconds from downtown...very much suburbia and yuppyville). I have never done this outside of the gym.

I'm pretty freaking proud of myself.
