17.58 miles on the bike in 1:02. Was an awesome ride and on the semi straights I was able to maintain some decent speed.

I am doing a 5k on the treadmill today to get my butt back in gear and start training for my half marathon!

I decided not to go to the gym. Instead I made up my own loop via LiveStrong and did 2 sets of C25K...well, I made it to 2 shy of finishing the 2nd. 3.57 miles in an hour outside in my home town (live seconds from downtown...very much suburbia and yuppyville). I have never done this outside of the gym.
