If its the same as last week... running, suicides, dips, pushups, JJ, butt kicks, high skips, walking lunges (Repeat entire drill 3 times) followed by floor/ab work and streching on your own.

 Rest day. Went to see about the problem I am having with my ankle and x-rays show nothing. I have to have an MRI on Thursday. Keep your fingers crossed that it ends up being nothing.

 2440 yards in 53:30.  Equates to a half IM time of 46:25 which would be a PR for me.  Getting faster... finally...

 Today;s a crossfit day....5 rounds of 200 M run and 7 kettle bell swings (25lbs)...total time 20:21.    I took off this morning, still resting up from the 8k this past weekend, took yesterday completely off....tomorrow planning on a two a day....Happy Monday everyone!  Stacey
