Saturday's Workouts!!!
I ran the O'Niantic 5K this morning. The time was slow but it was a minute faster than last weeks race with a 1 minute pee stop. I'm not happy about my conditioning but I am happy that my pace was about 40 seconds per mile than last week - again - minus the stop.

I can't believe the amazing weather we are having in Central New York. We are looking at 60s and 70s all week!

Was going to go for an easy run with the dogs this morning, but a herd of deer led to me skiing behind the dogs. They are usually ok, apparently deet lead thier doggy brains to short circuit. Tried the treadmill and almost got chunked off of it. Finally, opted for the elliptical which I managed to not get get injured on!!! Only did 30 minutes, but its better than nothing!!! Hope the 5k tomorrow goes better than today!!!
