Saturday Workouts
Where ya'll at?
Boot Camp this morning at Fraser High School: Lap around the football field; lunges x 3 (avg 20); squats 20 x 3; burpees 10 x 3; leap frogs 10 x 3; drag a 60lb sandbag with 18lb ropes forward across the width of the football field - then backwards across the width of the football field; then jog, sprint and sprawl drills for 8 minutes around orange cones...maybe a 1/4 of the football field.
Side note: I did get fitted for running shoes after Boot Camp. I picked up a pair while I was at the running shop. I'm excited to try them out.
