"Hard things take time to do. Impossible things take a little longer."
trainer workout for an hour - I ran!!! (both feet off the ground at the same time, right Paul??). We did 10 minutes treadmill of 20sec speed, 10 sec on the rail... I had my little short fat legs at 5.0! Woot!
We also jogged some on the gravel road, then she had us doing the steep embankments. THEN we went inside and did strength circuit.
Awesome!

6 mi walk/jog after work
got away from jogging and its amazing how much better I feel after doing it again and hoiw much better I feel about myself. I also find I have less appetite on the days I get out.
I've been away from the Ex & Fit boards, and OH, for a awhile but trying to get reignited and coming back and reading the last week or so has help motivate me to get back out on the road.
I also got away from paying to run an event because I can run for free anyday, but hindsight has taught me that paying for an event is a committment and a goal to 1) not embarrass myself and 2) maintain or improve my personal best. You also meet alot of new friendly folks and usually have a great time. I also find it inspires my kids and family and friend to be healthier. So many benefits.....
