I'm baaaaack!!!!

After three months of doing absolutely nothing after plastics, I've been given the clearance to work out again!!!!  Well, it was given to me last week, but today was the first time it occured to me to post..  

33 minutes on the eliptical
12 mintues on the treadmill
total of 45 minutes of cardio

i was told to start back slow.....I wish I could just pick back up where I was, but apparently it doesn't work like that.. oh well!!!
