 4.28 miles this morning and 4 of them were done in 55min.  Scheduling a short walk break (1-1.5minutes) is really helping.  My speed it starting to come up a little, but my endurance is much better and I feel great when I am done.

PS- you know your prioritys have changed when you are in New Orleans and your primary concern is how nice is the workout room in your hotel as opposed to how fast can I get to Bourbon Street!  :-)

That is so true!  I pick my hotels on location (can I go outside and run) and the workout room!

 another 5k run/walk - trying the Galloway method, and today went slightly faster than yesterday.  sit-ups to get done later.

5minutes at each exercise - 3min of elliptical sprints between pairs of exercises
- jogging stairs, jumping jacks
- resistance band squat rows, lunges on BOSE
- resistance band squat overhead press, med ball slam
- V-ups, alternating superman
