question about situps

for those that do them, do you do them daily, or are they like other weight-like exercises that it's best to do every other day?

i do them more like once or twice a week.... but that's just me.

I only do ab/core work 2x per week.  Usually on the days I do other weight work.

A couple times per week -- I used to do more then I read an article that it's like any other muscle group in the body. We don't do biceps or quads or glutes everyday so why we would do abs that way?

It made sense to me and I hadn't thought of it that way. I will admit it's the one exercise I do as much as I should.
