So far nada...

Taking a bunch of Weblos scouts camping until Sunday afternoon. Fortunately I had some control of the menu this time so I will actually be eating normal food instead of protein bars all weekend.

700 yards or so in the pool.  I don't understand how sitting on my but for a few hours on a plane can wear me out more than a tough workout.  Big rest tomorrow and my first big race of 2012 Sunday.. Celebrate Life Half Marathon.. one of the toughest halfs hillwise.  Can't wait to see where I am at.
