unplanned rest day... i was just worn out this morning.  will hit it tomorrow.

I know that feeling.  I had to guilt myself out of bed this morning.
I had even reset the alarm, but when the time came around, my eyes opened and I drug my lazy but out of bed.

I think the geomagnetic storm affected my run yesterday!  I was like freakin Forest Gump....I just started running and didn't stop!  Record time!  I could hear chariots of fire playing in the wind....

The weather was PERFECT!!

Today I'll do yoga.....need some zen time.

30 minutes on some type of "runner" elliptical machine and another 15 min jog on the treadmill while I waited for the kiddo to finish his work out!

1hr with the pt... something about my preworkout shake disagreed with me, but I managed to get through it.
5min warm up elliptical then 6 stations of tobada; then 15 minute sprint intervals on elliptical

30 min on the treadmill. I had planned a 70 minute session but I overslept and was just plain lazy. I started today so that explains the fatigue somewhat. I lifted heavy yesterday too. Tonight I had a yoga class. My abs will be sore.
