buying a bike
it's going to be either a Specialized or Trek bike...
What was recommended to me was the Trek FX series or the Specialized Vita. These are hybrids, basically. I'm looking at "only" $500-800, which bikewise I know isn't a lot, but considering my level of experience and that I'm not sure if I really even like riding, it's a big commitment.
