Tuesday workouts

i'm actually still sore from sunday in the legs!

this morning i did 60 minutes of weights (back/bi/shoulders) followed by an aerobic endurance spin class.

what did you do today?

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

My calves are really tight.

SOunds like Maria's classes are getting harder sucks I missed it.

Returned to my structured workouts.  Today was a brick:

60 minutes spin, including
1x10 zone 4
1x12 zone 4
1x 8 zone 4
balance in zone 3

2 mile run
6.2 mph out
6.4 mph back
