Sunday Workout

Spent 45 minutes on the trainer at a high intensity.  Believe it or not my first trainer workout this off season.  Felt good to be on my own bike, but Lord I HATE the trainer.  I'd rather run a marathon on a treadmill.

 5 miles walk with the dogs on accident. I got lost.  :-)  At least it was a beautiful day.!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

I can tell it's been a while since I have run any kind of real distance.
Actually it's been a while since I have done any real exercise that feels like I am challenging myself.  Done plenty of bike rides and some jogging, but nothing where I felt like I was having to work.




The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

I took a break from structure and just ran with friends at whatever pace felt good. We put in 7.25 conversational miles.
