quick swim this morning as a dress rehearsal for the race on Sunday, 2 X 400 meters @ race pace.  followed up by 60 minutes of strength training (chest/tri)....

 Rest day, not by choice.  I had synvisc injected into my knee. No pounding exercise until tomorrow. Well, I could swim, but the thunderstorm are discouraging that.  :-)

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Swam 1000M 17:03, then taught my 5:30am Spin Class, followed that with a 2 mile Brick on the mill in 15:08...

 was supposed to do my absurd tm workout, but only made it 6.5 miles at around an 8.5 min mil pace at a minimum of 2% incline.  Not sure how ready I am gonna be for my first half of the year next week.

meant for today to be total rest since my legs stay so exhausted, but ended up in the garden tilling, planting, weeding, composting for a couple of hours. Cleaned out a chicken house and 2 rabbit yards. Rode my bike a mile just because I could.
