Leap Day Workouts!!!
How often does one get to post a leap day workout? About every 1460 days or so! If you didn't plan on working out today you may want to reconsider.
I ran a slow 3.1 mile loop this morning but it was still 2 minutes faster than two days ago.
What did you do today?

really tough workout day. started with a 60 min spin class that was mostly comprised of a brutal "russian ladder" anaerobic threshold interval set. followed it up with a 5K brick run on the TM (just under 26 minutes), then 60 min of strength training (back/bi/shoulders). i'm pooped!
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.

no, Brian. He and Mike are the best instructors at lifetime. Funny, i never heard of a russian ladder until Mike's 2 hour class on Sunday, and then we did another one this morning. man, they are almost as bad as tabata's.
