Looks like everyone is busy with life...Standing in the DMV lines and such.
I rode my bike to the flea market for a massage.  About a mile each way...Including walking around.  Later I went to the bank and coffee shop on my bike...Another 5 miles back and forth.  I may mow the lawn later...

I did Leslie Sansone's  punch and walk 4 miles and lower body strenthening.

 I worked out on some type of new (to me) elliptical at the gym that was kicking my butt...then I hit a wrong button and it wiped out the entire work out.  It was only about 30 min but I would have liked to know the miles!!  Came home and walked the dogs just over a mile....they are now happily snoozing on the floor not worring about how many calories they burned.

45 min spin class then 1/2 hour kettle bell class!

Sure wish I could say I might mow my yard (like cabin111 said), but unfortunately, I'll need to wait a few more months since I live in Ohio! lol

one hour workout with the PT (5 stations, 45sec work, 15 sec transition; then 10min on treadmill with speed and hill intervals). this evenign I went over on my lunch hour and did 30 min of the 45min Spin class (she recorded it on DVD). That was awesome, but my legs are like cinder blocks now!

Taught 2 Spin Classes, Swam 2000M 35:25, Ran 5K in 25:30, 2.5 miles on Stair master in 21:30 and 110 flights of stairs...

 That is awesome I hope to get to that point.  I just took my first mile walk and it drained me the next day.  Not use to being so tired
