Rest day for me. Did spin class 4x last week. (Just started for the first time last week--really liking it!) Could barely make it through class yesterday, so today's a rest day. Back at it tomorrow night!

 Jogged for 2 miles straight and then walked a mile.  Its offical....I jogg faster than I walk, barely, but its faster!!!!!
