When your routine workout becomes too difficult?

Thanks for the input everyone!

Ive been MIA taking a friend to have RNY in Baltimore.

I ended up taking the past couple days off from working out. Im planning on hitting the gym tonight, then my usual weekend routine. Maybe, hopefully, I just needed a break.

Your workouts getting harder instead of easier is also a classic sign of overtraining. Why not take a week off and see if that makes a difference? If it does, then add stuff back in gradually and monitor your fatigue levels so you aren't going from zero to 60 when your body is only ready for 45.
