 my 6th day of no carb low cal diet...   45 minute really, really hard spin class (I actually cranked the wheel so hard my wheel stopped and I almost flipped the bike during a climb ;)  )  Chest and tri lifting session.  Was gonna swim but I bonked hard!  this is harder than I remember!

Day 5 of pretty much doing nothing. My body will thank me for the rest, it was def needed. Back at it on Monday. Pretty sure I have decided I will be doing Ironman in Houston in May... I may do Louisville and 1 other IM this year along with a few 70.3's. Ramping up begins next week... BRING IT!!!

- 10 minutes treading (45 seconds treading, 15 sec toe taps )

pushups w/ dumb bell row, step up lunges, step up bicep curl / overhead extension, straddle box step ups

A half hour of Zumba, 10 minutes on the treadmill, with some cardio for warm up.
