thursday workouts

great workout this morning, really was in the zone today.

60+ minutes of strength training (back/bi/shoulders)
45 min hard spin on the stationary bike
5K brick run on the TM
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 Was able to get a good 3 mile run in at lunch.  Still have a long way to go to get back to where I was, just going to get there in a much more intelligent way this time.

 3.5 miles in under an hour (outside) and I jogged 30 minutes of it.....thirty minutes, all in a row.....I cant believe it!!!  I did a little happy dance with my streches when I was done!!!
