 In honor of our 10th president, John Tyler, I ran 10 miles at a snails pace up and down the hills.  Haven't run on the road in a quite a while, and the hills kicked my buttocks.  By the way, I have no particular affection for John Tyler, I just know I couldn't possible honor Abe Lincoln as my legs arent there yet.

Its all relative :) I probably shouldn't post like that, I remember reading Dan's posts on his "bad" runs of 15 miles at a 9 minute mile pace and feeling so intimidated! Course it also motivated me, and still does, to work harder! :) You'll get there for sure!

 Week 6 day one of C25K,  I was worried about the 2 ten minute runs (jog) and I missed my "walk"  signal and ended up jogging 18 minutes accidentally!!!  LOL  I was excited, even though it was slow and I was still sleepy from working nights.  :-)
