I ran 3 miles at the crack of dawn this morning which I am happy to report was just before 6. Seem like only a few weeks ago that I would be back and showered before it finally stated getting light. Optimistic!

2 hour endurance spin class. Instructor said equivalent to a 50 mile ride dunno if I did 50 miles but a had nothing left in me after the class to give.
