 2000m in 48:29  started with a solid 1200m set in just under 27 minutes, avg lap time for 40m 57 seconds.  This is my best swim to date.

60 min spin solid upper zone 3 with 2 officials trips to zone 4 my zone 4 trips were probably more and longer.  15 min warmup before class for 75 minutes.

warm up - 5min jump rope (low impact)
4 stations, 1 minute, 3 rounds - straddle box step ups, sumo squat high pull 45lb, plank pulls, med ball toss (12lb)
3 minutes jump rope
4 stations, 1 minute, 3 rounds - box step up high knee, front weight squat (45lbs), burpees, back extensions
3 minute jump rope
Bicycle kicks
Scissor kicks
Plank 2x 45 sec

Rest day -- recovering from brutal lower workout last night with my trainer. He occasionally forgets I have sports injuries that are older than he is.

I had probably my first good training day in over a week, did a 5 mile run in 42 minutes, followed by a 1300 meter swim in 30 minutes and some change.

50 minute spin including
5 by 2 minutes at zone 5
15 minutes at zone 4

After I struggled to hold my run paces yesterday, I was pleased to have a solid bike today.
