Monday workouts

Rode 8 miles on my new bike then had a mechanical problem, getting it fixed today. After that I did an 1100 meter swim.

For the first time in 2 years of training I am in a funk and I am really having a hard time getting out of it, I am registered for plenty of races so I have stuff I am training for. Hope I can kick it soon

sounds like you're worn out.  take a break and take it easy (take a down week or two  with maintenance work only and see how you feel).  i can tell you, i needed a break after the last couple of seasons without some downtime, and i'm just now starting to feel like upping my intensity again.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Thanks, last week I had a low volume week, and this week I am doing low intensity stuff to give my body a break. I am feeling better today, yesterday was a rough day and it just felt like the world was coming down on me, and then the mechanical with my brand new bike just sent me over the edge. Today was a better day, plus I got my bike fixed and got some chocolate.
