Week 5 Day 1 of C25K.  A little frustrated that I am not really increasing my pace, but I am able to do the runs and not die so I supposed I just need to give it time.   Weights tonight with my son.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Did strength training on my arms and legs plus 40 mins on a stationary bike.  Arms very tired so I must have done well.

HW: 218, SW: 204, CW: 139 GW: 112-119

Rest day for me. For now, my plan is generous with recovery to ensure that I can hit the intensity targets the other five days of the week.
