 WOW, just WOW!!!!  I hope am so impressed.  Your ride will one of those things that I call to mind when I think I cant do something.  Just awesome!!  Hope the knee is better and you got some rest!


Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

This whole ride sounds brutal! It takes so much mental toughness to keep going when your body has said "I quit". It does sound like you need a good bike fit, you should be in that much pain. Congrats on this accomplishment, I can't wait to see what you do next!

Sprint tri is next up on the schedule ;)

I got the bike fitting scheduled which will hopefully  help but I have some lingering issues with my knees probably from being obese for so long - at least that's what the docs are telling me.
