Sunday Sweating Workouts!
Nice job.
Mine was a 10 mile run in 1:45, with 5x800 at 9:20 pace after a 6-mile warm-up. Although I sweat plenty, I still never felt warm with today's 9-degree temps.

Wow! My hat is off to you two for running over TEN MILES! Congrats! Although I probably could run ten miles (I'm sure in a longer time than you two can), I get too bored. I'm new to posting in this forum, but today I did 20 minutes of interval training on some sort of contraption that is similar to an eliptical and I also did back and biceps.
I did an easy 6.2 mile run in 53:40. I took it very easy since it was my longest run since my recent ITBS flair-up. I'm happy to report I finished the run pain-free, so I know I am going the right way on the road to recovery. Foam rolling works wonders.

joined Paul and Jay for a 2 hour endurance spin class at the gym this afternoon. very good class, i love the instructor, he is very technical and can easily explain the purpose of the workout in both technical and layman's terms. great workout.
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.
