Fellow crossfitters.....or any one

So I am a pretty regular at working out. About 8 weeks or maybe a little more I joined crossfit, and absolutely love it.  Prior to it I mostly did cardio...here is my question, although in the best shape of my life I want to shed this last 15 pounds of baby weight ( mind you my daughter is two come April). Have any of you had much weight shedding?  I am eating proper, so thinking this might get those pounds off. Trying to be patient but scale hasn't moved one pound yet.  Any thought would be great.... Thanks Stacey

Have you seen this:

The thing is, if you do Crossfit, your scale might not go down. But you are going to look AWESOME!

Hadn't see this....thank you.  My thought is to try to not focus on the scale, but I tend to still pull it out about once a week.  I want to remember to focus on my fitness and heathiness....but guess that number on the scale haunted me for so many years, It's hard to forget.

Thanks again for your help!  Stacey
