Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

 Crossfit....WOD 200 m ruin with 30 pd sand bag...20 box jumps, 20 pull ups...repeat 2 more times reducing reps by 5 . Completed in 11:44......

Another walk at work. I actually could have walked again today (first time that's happened in ages) but we're having a crisis with our son so it didn't happen. I'm thinking about going for a little run toomrrow.
