Start walking. Or find something like Zumba or kick boxing or someting you enjoy. Exericse doesnt have to be hard core training for endurance events.

if you are off track, that means that you were once on track.  you know what you need to do, just start out slow and work your way back into it.  you don't have to go full out, this is about lifestyle change, have patience and work back into good habits.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Start off by performing a few strecthing exercises then start walking for a short distance. Do that and increase your activities gradually each day.
