Started the day off with a 60 minute spin class
AT intervals and Hills. I think I sppent a good 45 minutes in mid to high Zone 4.

Edit:
Short 1.25 mile run outside! (First outside run since the Turkey Day Half!)
40 minutes core.

Tomorrow will be a rest day as I will be at the bike shop getting my new Felt B16! Bike porn to come!

45 minutes with trainer - today is circuits day, so it will be arms/legs/chest/back with cardio every third set thrown in.  She will kill me.

Other than that - one mile run, 100 pushups, 100 situps, five minutes jumprope, stretching.

As soon as my black belt test preparation stuff is over, I am really looking forward to getting into spin class and other types of exercise that burn more calories in addition to the weight training.

 6 mile bike ride with the kiddo....and I beat him up a long grade!!!  Fun day!!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

jet lagged today but forced myself to go to the gym... felt good after i started going, but rough at first.

60 min of strength training (chest/tri)
60 min spin (mid to high intensity intervals)
