Hump day Workouts!

I think my post ended up somewhere else. :(

I had 30 minutes of weight training with my PT - arms, shoulders, back. Then I did an hour spin class for 18.5 miles. I was hoping to hit 20, but my seat slid down twice (the first was during the first  sprint...was like someone pulled a chair out from under me...down I went!) and I had to readjust.

I was just really proud of myself because I was able to keep up with the class the entire time...gears 'n all.
