Had Boot Camp with my trainer.

Dumbells (25lbs/5lbs): sides, fronts, curls, overhead presses. We did this thing where he had us lying on the floor with the weights in the air, raising and lowering one arm with the other still in the air and our legs raised. OMG! Then Skull Crushers.

TRX: Extensions (I think), push ups.

Sprawls. First time I ever did those (no medicine ball). Usually I do them on my knees while kneeling on a pad, tossing a medicine ball back and forth.
