3 mile run in 25 minutes, about killed me as I have a cold still and still recovering from a herniated disc.  Some shoulder work too.

How did we move today!?

40 minutes on the elliptical. Felt great!

Rode my bike to the bank and coffee shop...About 5 miles+.

1hr group workout with the PT
warmup TM
walking lunges w/ 10lb medball (10 steps each leg)
pushups (10)
medball slam (10lb ball - 10x)
TM 1.5 min at 4.3, 30 sec at 4.6

Repeat - total of 25 minutes

Then core work (straight and oblique crunches, stability ball situps, superman, plank, side plank, side throws)
Then treading - 45sec at 0 incline, then 30 sec toe touch step ups

Legs are dead lol

We did awesome! (Well, the voices in MY head say that)

60 minutes on the elliptical for 5.38 miles. That's the furthest I've gone. I think it'd be totally cool to make six miles in 60 minutes.

 30 minutes on a sadistic machine ya'll call an elliptical.  Turned my legs to jello!!! Since I didnt have any legs left, I lifted weights for about 30 minutes -upper body.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

short on time today, but was able to squeeze in 40 min of strength training plus a 45 min spin on the stationary bike.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
