did about 30 or 40 min of strength training and then 30 min of speed work on the treadmill.  not sure how far it was in milies because everything is in kilometers and i suck at math :)  did negative split ladder intervals and 6.1 KM in 30 minutes.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
