Wednesday Workouts!

  4 miles on the treadmill,  8 miles on the stationary bike and lowerbody weights.   

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Arms and Zumba. Thank goodness our regular instructor is back, no more 500 cal burn, back to 700 I hope!

RNY on 09/14/11 with
one grueling hour with a personal trainer  doing weights and resistance

followed by 30 mins on a stationary bike.  I'd love to know how much I burned today.

HW: 218, SW: 204, CW: 139 GW: 112-119

Hello all!  This is my first post at OH.  Today was my first day at the gym in a LONG time.  30 minutes on the elliptical and 410 calories burned.  Not all that impressive, but I wanted to quit after 12 minutes and I really didn't even want to go in the gym.  

I had my surgical consult yesterday and my insurance makes me be supervised for 6 months before WLS.  I am not 100% sure I will have it done yet, but I am sure I want to make a life change with exercising and healthy eating.  Glad to see this exercise thread to help motivate me.  Thanks!

I did my 6 month before surgery and was glad I did  (really pissed at first though).   I made good life changes and I know I will be very sucessful!  Congrats on your 30 minutes! We all have to start, it the keeping on thats tough!

Seven mile run this morning. Cut the run a little short because I've been under the weather. This was another great morning to run. Who would have thought I could run in Feb. without gloves.

 Went for a walk at lunch. I think I'm going to do it again tomorrow. I haven't managed to walk too days in a row since I hit my head so we'll see what happens...

 1200 yards in the pool all using my new bilateral breathing form.  Starting to feel natural!
