Monday Workouts!!!

Rode my new bike a mile! Woot! Ran out of time because I had chores waiting at home
I planted 5 rows of peas - so my legs are going to be killing me tomorrow (lots and lots of squats, kneeling, bending over)

I've jogged 2 flights of stairs, will get at least another 4flts done before I leave tonight.

I did a quick 3.5 mile run followed by a killer (for me) 1400 meter swim:500 WU, 12x50 sprints with 15 seconds of rest between each set, 2x100 pull sets, 100 CD

30 minute brisk walk out in the cold... wore my poor dog out bc i walked so fast.  lots of uphill climbs
