 After being sick and injured for two weeks, I finally had perfect weather and a burst I energy. I went for a 2 hour bike ride and kyaking for an hour. Planning on a swim in a few.

I always feel kind of silly posting so proudly lol
but today I walked /jogged a 5k and shaved 2min 4sec off my time (from a 52:10 to a 50:06). Then I went and bought a bike! Just a plain bike... don't even know if it would be one to try to pass off as a mountain, road or cruiser (it was on clearance!). I rode about a mile and a half.
Then I worked in my garden putting up 2 small sections of fence and horsed around with my 13yr and 16yr old nephews (and the dogs )

Today I did a 6.2 mile run in the morning, then a 1000 meter swim in the late afternoon

3400m swim in 1:34  (Broke my 2 mile goal!)
60 minute spin class hills and sprints, it was brutal.


The instructor for the spin class announces for the new people "When I say add resistance turn the knob to the right, which I will say frequently. When I say lose resistance turn the knob to the left, but I won't be saying that one much."  At one point I was out of the saddle pedaling slower than I walk!  was an awesome class and I will be back!


Mt Gym is also starting a Sunday night endurance spin class 2 hours non stop!  Lead by the Tri coach so I am so going to check out that one.
