Warm up 2min treadmill, then 1min treading, different inclines, 30sec walk around gym between treading (3x total)
- 4 stations, decreasing reps of 21,15,9

Thrusters 45lb bar
bent over row - 45lb bar
dumb bell swing - 30lb
decline situps

7 miles on the treadmill... negative splits, starting to feel myself again.  of course now that i feel better, i get on a plane tomorrow to england and russia for the next 10 days.  hotel treadmill here i come :)
